William T. Underwood

William Thomas Underwood, 81 International Harvester Lakeland " William T. Underwood passed away on August 13, 2011 of cancer. He was 81 years old. He was born March 17, 1930 in Champaign County, Ohio, a son of Marvin W. and Gladys Underwood. He resided most of his life in Clark County, Ohio. He was A Surge Dairy Farm Equipment Dealer, 4-H Club Advisor and a member of UAW Union Local 402 at Springfield, Ohio, where he retired from International Harvester Co. in 1977. He moved to Lakeland, Florida in 1978. He is survived by his wife, Margie B. Underwood of Lakeland; son Marvin (Joyce) Underwood of Springfield, Ohio; daughters Sherry (Doug) Hurst of Urbana, Ohio, Holly Snyder of Springfield, Ohio; mother of his children Patricia A. Underwood of Urbana, Ohio; grandchildren, Ashley and Ryan Hurst and Cori Snyder, and step-children, two sons and four daughters. Visitation will be Monday, August 15, 2011 from 5 to 7 PM at Heath Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery in Urbana, Ohio.
