Timothy Michael Barbeck

Timothy Michael Barbeck, a man whose heart belonged to the sun and the natural world, passed away peacefully on March 5,2025. He was 48 years old. Tim served his country with honor and distinction as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, a commitment he held dear and a testament to his unwavering patriotism. He loved the camaraderie of his fellow Marines and believed deeply in the principles for which they stood. Semper Fi.

Tim found solace and exhilaration in the outdoors. From the refreshing coolness of a summer swim to the invigorating challenge of a mountain hike, he embraced nature's beauty with open arms. Biking along scenic trails and leisurely strolls were among his favorite pastimes, providing him with moments of peace and reflection. He dedicated himself to physical fitness, finding strength and vitality at the gym, and approached life with an energetic spirit.

A melody was never far from Tim’s ear, and his love for music filled his days, bringing joy to himself and those around him. Animals held a special place in his heart, and he extended his kindness to every creature, large and small.

Tim possessed a remarkable ability to brighten any room with his infectious laughter and playful pranks. His joyful spirit was contagious, making him a cherished friend to many. He had a gift for making others feel seen and valued.

Tim's spontaneous acts of kindness were a hallmark of his generous nature. Whether it was a simple flower, a thoughtful note, a timely call, or a helping hand when needed most, he was always there to offer support and surprise. He was a constant source of strength and comfort, and his absence will be profoundly felt by all who knew and loved him.

He will be deeply missed and forever cherished by his beloved children, Madison Sage Barbeck and Morgan Anthony James Barbeck, who were the absolute joy of his life. He is lovingly remembered by his devoted mother, Roberta Sage Good.

Tim also leaves behind his stepmother, Cynthia Slavin. His brother Ervin (Sue) Winter and Ted "James" (Christine) Good III. His memory will be held dear by 17 cousins, and his loving aunts and uncle, Mary, Luci, Kris, and Craig whose support and affection enriched.

He now joins his stepfather, Ted Good, his father, Gary Barbeck, and his cherished brother, Christian Sage Barbeck, in eternal peace.

A full military honors service will be conducted in Ohio. The date and time are pending. Please monitor future announcements.
