Thomas J. Jackson, 50 Hungry Howies Manager Lakeland: Thomas J. Jackson, 50, of Lakeland died on March 4, 2013 from complications from a fall. He was the restaurant manager of the southside Hungry Howies in Lakeland. Thomas was born on December 3, 1962. He was preceded in death by his parents Amos and Charlotte Jackson. Thomas is survived by his loving wife Elizabeth Anne Files Jackson; children Amber Jackson, Ashlee Jackson, Mary Manley, Maxwell Manley and Jason (J.T.) Manley. Grandson Caden Collins; 4 step grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; siblings Judy Nichols, David Jackson, Andrew & Harriet Hoge, Stephen & Tonia Jackson, Joseph & Sharon Jackson, Jesse & Eugina Jackson and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
