Shirley Ann Schmidt

Shirley Ann Schmidt, 82, of Lakeland, died on July 5, 2024. She was born on July 9, 1941, in Taylorville, Illinois. Shirley was a business owner having operated her own gift shop for 30 years while living in Illinois. She was a member of Lake Gibson Methodist Church in which she was very active. Shirley also loved her family very much and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her husband Virgil Schmidt. Shirley is survived by her son, Kevin Schmidt; and two sisters Linda and Judy. A funeral service for Shirley will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at Heath Funeral Chapel at 3 P.M. with a viewing held one hour prior in Lakeland, Florida.
