Sarah Christine Fearrand

Lakeland - Sarah Christine Fearrand was born in Lakeland, Florida on July 3, 1935 to Rawlins and Mattie Rigsby. She passed away at Lakeland Regional Health Center on May 12, 2017. She was a Lakeland High School graduate and retired from Publix, where she worked for many years. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Lakeland though she had not attended in a while due to her health. She was always a devoted Christian. She leaves behind 3 daughters, Sandra Trawick (Ben), Karen Demkowski (Scott), and Pam Walters; 5 grandchildren, James P. Walters III, Christy Jackson Rachel Massie, Eddie Trawick, Kristin Jones; 7.5 great grandchildren and 1 sister, Laura P. Smith. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Fearrand, Jr., her brother, Rawlins Rigsby and her sister, Martha Smith. There will be a graveside service on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Oak Hill Burial Park, 4620 US highway 98 South, Lakeland, FL.
