Sandra Phillips Wall

Sandra Joyce Phillips Wall, 83, of Lakeland, Florida, passed away on January 25, 2024. She was a Christian and member of Scott Lake Baptist Church.

Sandra was born on May 21, 1940, to Albert and Nettie Phillips in Picinic, Florida. She was the youngest of four daughters and one brother.

Despite of being 5’2” she played on her JV basketball team. After Sandra graduated from Winder Barrow High School, she went on to study cosmetology.

High school sweethearts Sandra and Don married in 1956 and went on to have two children, Julie Wall Hicks and Don Wall, Jr. Sandra and Don were married 67+ years.

Sandra and Don moved to Lakeland, Florida in 1958.

Sandra worked with Don in his engineering and design companies as an administration assistant.

Sandra spent her spare time cooking, baking, and gardening. She loved her flowers and spent lots of time in her yard.

Sandra was predeceased by her son, Don. She is survived by her loving husband, Don. Daughter, Julie and son in law, step grandsons, and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all.

Services will be held at Oak Hill Burial Park, Lakeland, Florida on February 2, 2024. At 2:30 pm.
