ROBERT JAMESON CRICHLOW, 86 Robert (Bob) Jameson Crichlow, 86, died Thursday, June 30, 2011 on his 86th birthday due to lung cancer. Bob was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be greatly missed. He was born and raised in Tampa, Florida on June 30, 1925. He attended various schools in Tampa, including Jesuit High School. He served in the US Navy Patrol Bombing Squadron 127 in World War II. After the war, he returned to Tampa and met his wife, Joyce Risley. His business career started with NCR Corp. After working there for 29 years, he opened his own business, Cash Registers Unlimited, Inc. for another 30 years. Bob was a member of St. David""s Episcopal Church, where he served on the Vestry. He was preceded in death by his parents, William B. and Marion Crichlow and his brother, William F. Crichlow. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Joyce (Joy) Risley Crichlow; his daughter Kathy Crichlow Holmes; son in law Richard Clinton Holmes; 2 grandsons, Robert Ford Holmes and Henry Reed Holmes all of Lakeland, a brother and sister in law, Guy and Betty Risley of Tampa and nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at St. David""s Episcopal Church, 145 E. Edgewood Dr. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. David""s Episcopal Church or to Good Shepherd Hospice.
