Richard C. Foley, 88 Lakeland: Richard C. Foley, 88, of Lakeland, FL died Sunday August 21, 2011. He was born in Canandaigua, NY to Charles and Jasena Foley. Mr. Foley was a longtime resident of Syracuse until moving to FL several years ago. He retired from Carrier Corp. He is survived by his daughter, Janet Foley Yost (Donald) of GA, a son, Charles Foley of Lincoln, NE; five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services and burial will be private.
