Rhea Theresa Miller, 80 Homemaker Lakeland " Rhea Theresa Miller, 80, was born July 29, 1932 and passed away on July 19, 2013 due to complications from Alzheimer""s disease. Rhea resided in Lakeland but was formerly from Polk City for 33 years. She was a homemaker, a loving wife of 63 years and also a wonderful mother. Rhea is preceded in death by her son, Keith R. Miller. She is survived by her husband, Richard Miller, son, Richard Lee Miller, daughter, Lynne Miller Penzien, son, Robin K. Miller, daughter, Sue Miller Hogan, five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
