Paul Jelskis

LAKELAND - Paul Robert Jelskis, 62, died Sunday June 5, 2016, after a brief illness. He was born on March 3, 1954 in Holden Massachusetts, but moved back to central FL in 1960. He owned his own construction business for several years and managed Eagleridge Kennels with his brother Dennis Williams. He was an avid people and animal lover as well as loved being outdoors fishing. He is survived by his daughters Shalyn (Hugh) Eaton, and Shara (Ryan) Cowan, both of Smithville, Tennessee. Brother Dennis (Sharon) Williams, and sister Carol (Rex) Smith, both from Lakeland. Granddaughters, Allie, Baylie, Raylie, and Jaylie, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Karol Jelskis and Catherine Burnham. Visitation will be at Heath Funeral Chapel in Lakeland on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, from 6-8 P.M. A graveside service with Walter Williams speaking will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery on Thursday, June 9, 2016, at 10 A.M.
