Noi Vorasane Pinheiro

Noi Vorasane Pinheiro born on June 28, 1967 to Siphanh and Somchanh Vorasane passed in peace on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Pete. She is survived by 2 daughters Cecillia Barr and Ciera Pinheiro, son Tyler Pinheiro, 3 brothers Bounleth Vorasane, Phouthasin Vorasane, and Sousana Vorasane and 2 sisters Aly Wesche and Nong Cavender. Noi was born in Laung Prabang, Laos and moved to the States in 1979. She spent her childhood years in Bartow. She attended Bartow High School. Noi loved life and lived it fully with vigor and compassion. She brought smiles to faces and laughter to hearts. Being a hair stylist, you would often find her happily giving hair cuts to family. And without a doubt when you sat down there would be a funny story, and a joke waiting for you. Many loved her and all will miss her.
