Michael J. Adamson Lakeland - Michael J Adamson, age 73, of Lakeland, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 after a long illness. Originally from St. Paul, MN, Michael has lived in Tampa-Lakeland area with his wife Donna since 1978. He was retired from Merrill Lynch where he was a manager and Senior Vice-President, Financial Consultant with Merrill Lynch where he worked for over 30 years. Michael was an avid golfer, world traveler, and devoted, passionate Minnesota sports fan. Michael is survived by his wife, Donna (Novotny) Adamson to whom he was married to for 51 years. Michael is survived by his daughters, Amy (Patrick) Wall of Madison, WI, Pamela (David) Schultz of Riverview, FL, and Kristine (Alfred) Tracy of Delray Beach, FL: grandchildren, Ryan Wall, Megan (Mark) Orleans, Timothy Wall, Michael Wall, Erin Tracy, Adam Tracy, Amanda Schultz and Brian Schultz. He is also survived by his sisters, Elaine (Robert) Gran of Dayton, OH, Kathleen Amelse of St. Paul, MN, and abrother, Patrick (Kathy) Adamson of Dayton, OH. He is survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews and cousins. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Virginia Adamson and brother-in-law, John Amelse and niece, Kathleen (Katie) Amelse-Burg. A celebration of Michael""s life will be held on Friday, August 14, 2015 beginning at 11:00 am at Heath Funeral Chapel, 328 S. Ingraham Ave., Lakeland.
