Maxine C. Thomas

Lakeland - Mrs. Maxine C. Thomas of Lakeland died Wed. Sept. 23, 2015 of natural causes. Born on Aug. 8, 1919 in Vandalia, Ohio she moved to Lakeland as a child. Maxine was an Avon lady for many years. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. Mrs. Thomas is survived by her daughter Susan Burns (Jeff) and grandson Matthew Burns. She is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years Edmund, brother Herschel, and sister Arlene. Viewing will be Monday September 28, 2015 at 2pm followed by services at 3pm at Heath Funeral Chapel.
