Marshall “Marsh” Nuccio, 65, of Mulberry Florida, passed away Wednesday August 2, 2017 at Tampa General Hospital. Born in Davenport, Iowa to Dr’s. Saverio and Betty June Nuccio, he raised his family in Wauchula, Florida. Marsh was married to Becky for 44 years and they were blessed with five children. They were sealed for time and all eternity in the Atlanta Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is preceded in death by his son Danny and survived by his daughter-in-law Melanie Nuccio, daughters Andrea Watson (John); Davina Fallaw (Aaron); son AJ Nuccio (Kerri); and son Derek Nuccio. He was the proud grandfather of Coby, Emily, Sara, Alyssa, Rebecca, Ryan, Elio, Abram, Adam, Jack and Emmalyn; and great grandfather of Ripp. He is also survived by his mother-in-law Natalie Wood, sister Christina Nuccio Crider (Tom) and two brothers, John Nuccio (Lesa) and Mike Nuccio (Brigitta); as well as his many loving nieces, nephews and other friends. Marsh was a family man who enjoyed fishing and being with his grandchildren. An accountant for most of his life, he owned and operated Family Business Service in Wauchula. Marsh was a dedicated Scouter who worked with hundreds of youth as a leader, earning the Silver Beaver award. He served in many capacities of his church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He could always be counted on to lend a hand or share a joke. Funeral services will be held on Saturday August 5th at 10am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 5850 Lakeland Highlands Road in Lakeland, followed by a graveside service at 2pm at Wauchula Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to Philmont Scout Ranch, 17 Deer Run Road Cimarron NM 87714, in memory of Marshall Nuccio for the Philmont Training Center.
