Margaret Clare Boyett

November 30, 1939 — April 24, 2016

Margaret Decker Boyett, 76, of Polk City, went to be with the Lord on April 24, 2016. She was born in Oakland, California in 1939, to the late Loren and Anne Decker. Margaret was a lifelong member of St. Anthony""s Catholic Church. Mrs. Boyett was a certified Registered Nurse and also worked for many years as a secretary for an insurance company. The work she was most proud of was her time at Manheim Auto Auctions, where she would later retire. Margaret is preceded in death by her brother, Robert Decker and great-grandson, Rylee Boyett. She is survived by her adoring husband, Thomas Boyett; daughter, Ann (Boe) Boyett Johnson; son, Daniel (Debbie) Boyett; five grandchildren, Kevin Boyett, Erika Woodruff, Brittany (Tim) Clark, Amber (Thor) Johnson-Hatton, Heather (Gene) Johnson-Smith; and nine great-grandchildren. Margaret will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and Nana. A visitation will be held, Thursday, April 28 from 5-7 PM at Heath Funeral Chapel, 328 S. Ingraham Ave., Lakeland 33801. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday April, 29, at Oak Hill Burial Park, 4620 US Hwy 98 South, Lakeland 33812.
