Mae Minor Toy, 88 Paraprofessional Lakeland- Mrs. Mae Minor Toy died on May 13, 2013 at the Hospice House at Palm Terrace of congestive heart failure. She was born August 11, 1924 in Georgia. She served in the United States Navy during World War II. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Mrs. Toy worked in the Library at Winston Elementary School before retiring. Mrs. Toy was predeceased by her husband, Robert Donald Toy and daughter, Nancy Ellen Toy. Survivors include sons, Daniel Minor (Diane) Toy, Marion, Iowa, Jeffrey Alan (Darlene) Toy, Lakeland, grandchildren, Anna, Sara, Danielle, Dustin, great grandchildren, Alan Robert Toy and Kayli Ann Rogers and sister, Claire Bowman (Jack), Ocala, FL. The family will receive friends on Friday May 17, 2013 from 9:00-10:00 am at Heath Funeral Chapel with graveside services to follow at Oak Hill Burial Park.
