Lois (Ackerman) Feelan

Lois (Ackerman) Feelan, 98 Registered Nurse Lois Feelan passed away on June 5, 2013 in Lakeland, FL. Lois was predeceased in death by her husband of 40 years, Howard Feelan of Bristol, CT.. Lois was also from Bristol, working as a registered nurse for many years, doing private and industrial nursing. They moved to Lakeland, FL. to enjoy their retirement years. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends. Survivors include: Nieces, Diann Megert of Walters, OK. and Susanne Deatherage of Ft. Cobb, OK.; Three stepdaughters, Corinne Johnson and Louise Circo, both of Stuart, FL. and Jo-Anne Balentine of E. Calais, VT. Lois was fortunate to have a close friend, Janet Wemer, who watched over her, ran errands, and whatever else that was needed. There will be no services, but arrangements will be made to bring her to her hometown of Bristol, CT..
