Lionel Baer Berman

Lionel B. Berman , 85 Lakeland- Lionel Berman died on Wednesday March 13, 2013, in his sleep due to respiratory failure. He was born February 4, 1928 in Brooklyn, NY. He was raised in Brooklyn and spent four years in the US Navy. He graduated from NYU with a Bachelor""s degree. Lionel later moved to Lakeland where he worked for Kraft foods. He married his wife Toni and raised 3 children. He will be missed by all who knew him. Lionel was predeceased by his wife, Toni. He is survived by sons, Ken and Kurt Berman; daughter, Jennifer Gibbs; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday March 16, 2013 at Heath Funeral Chapel.
