Justin David Torres

Celebrating the life of Justin David Torres, November 30, 1999 – April 27, 2024.

Our hearts are heavy as we come together to remember the life and mourn the loss of Justin Torres, a bright and loving 24-year-old. Justin had a winning smile, more often than not, just a smirk, that could melt your heart.

Whenever he was around, his infectious laugh and joking demeanor were sure to catch on. In school he studied computer science and programming. He was often involved in various coding projects which stemmed from his love of gaming.

He dreamed of writing programs for virtual reality and wanted to work on robotics. He enjoyed listening to music and playing along on his keyboard.

He studied Japanese language, appreciated the culture and hoped to live there one day. He loved anime and manga. Justin enjoyed learning new things and often challenged himself. He took classes to learn sign language and hoped to write a program for that as well.

He will forever be missed by his family and friends alike. Justin is the light of our lives. Although he is gone from us too soon, his light will continue to shine with us as its reflection.

A gathering will be held Thursday, May 2, 2024, from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm in the Tribute Center at Heath Funeral Chapel.
