Lakeland " June Naomi Kiely passed away on February 18, 2016. She was 86. June was born in rural north Florida. She grew up in Lakeland, but spent most of her life living in various other parts of central Florida, as well in the mountains of north Georgia. She returned to Lakeland several years ago. For many years she happily served as a registered nurse at Waterman Hospital, Eustis Florida, from which she retired. June was preceded in death by her husband, John P. (Jack) Kiely. She is survived by her son, Harold (Gus) Fletcher, of Coconut Grove, Florida. June is also survived by her nieces and nephews (and their spouses): Darlene and David Hall (Lakeland Florida); Dorothy June and Johnny Sims (Alvaredo Texas); Larry and Irene Woolard (Burleson Texas); Margaret, Jan and DeWitt Harlow; as well as spouses of predeceased nephews, Paulette Fennell (Lakeland, Florida) and Faye Fennell (Tallahassee, Florida). June is also survived by her husband""s children and grandchildren: Kathleen Kiely (Winter Park Florida); Colleen Kiely (Orlando Florida); Jack Kiely and children, Evan and Claire (Decatur Georgia); Carol Kiely, husband, John Holmes, and children, Caitlin and Haley (Gainesville Florida); James Kiely, wife, Patricia, and children, Ali, Keagan, Maegan and Audrey (Marietta Georgia). A memorial service will be held at noon on Saturday, March 5, 2016, at First United Methodist Church, 72 Lake Morton Drive, Lakeland Florida 33801.
