Judith James Davidson

Judith (Judy) James Davidson, age 76, passed away on March 25, 2024, in Lakeland, Florida. She was born on May 8, 1947, in Lake Wales, Florida, to William and Edith James. After graduation with her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, she taught English at Mulberry High School, Southwest Middle School, and Bartow High School. She was a member of the Junior League of Lakeland, and volunteered at the Polk Public Museum, Learning Resource Center, and Lakeland Historical Society. She was a member of Saint David’s Episcopal Church.

She was preceded by her parents; and her husband of 28 years, Dr. Eugene T. Davidson Sr., who passed away in 2012. She is survived by her sister, Susie Wetzel; Stepchildren, Taylor Davidson, Anne Davidson, Beth Lee, and Lynn Davidson Smith.

On Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 11am, family and friends will be gathering together at Lakeland Memorial Gardens for a Memorial Service.
