Judith A. Stafford

Judith A. Stafford, 79, of Lakeland, Florida, passed away on June 10, 2023, due to cancer.

Judith was born on October 31, 1943, to Harold and Jessie Wagner in Ravenna, Ohio. After Judith graduated from high school in 1961, she worked as a tax assessor administrative assistant in the courthouse located in Ocala, Florida.

In 1966, Judith married Kenneth Stafford in Ocala. They transferred to Jacksonville, FL for a few years later moving on to settle in Lakeland, FL for 46 years. Judith and Ken have three children, Sharlene (Robert), Harlee (Lindsay) and Sharlotte (Walker).

Judith spent many hours volunteering at the schools her children attended. After working as a church secretary for many years in Lakeland, Judith retired and spent her time helping to care for her grandchildren. She also enjoyed tending to her various plants including her favorite African Violets.

Judith was predeceased by her parents, sister, and husband. She is survived by 3 children, 8 grandchildren, a brother, 4 nieces, and 2 nephews.
