John Edward Hoback

John Edward Hoback "The Main Hoback" passed away Tuesday January 26th, 2021, at home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born September 20, 1937. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Joann. John was born in East Liverpool, Ohio. His occupation was a truck driver for 40+ years. He was the son of Mildred and Roy Hoback, who preceded him in death along with his sister, Linda McKenzie. Survivors include Brother Fredrick Hoback, daughter Kelley Blystone (Richard), grandchildren, Ashley, and Sara. Daughter, Kimberly VanCamp (Kirk) grandchildren Brandi, David, and Megan. Daughter Lisa Hoback Cain (Kenneth), grandchildren Jamie, Nicole, and Jessica. Son John Hoback Jr. (Michelle), granddaughter Mindy, Ohio. Daughter Shannon Worley (Jeffrey), grandchildren Victoria Carrice (Marge), Garret Crowe, Jeffrey Worley, and Kristen Harrell (Jesse). Daughter Sherri Rapley, grandchildren Alexandria Hoback, Emily Rapley, and Sebastian Rapley, Lakeland, and many great-grandchildren. He will be remembered for his love of music, hunting, fishing, wise-cracking humor, and the way he lovingly believed in and encouraged each member of his family. Visitation will be held at Heath Funeral Chapel in Lakeland, Florida, on Saturday, January 30, 2021, between the hours of 9am and 11am.
