Joan Trawick “Fluffy” Grant Joan Trawick “Fluffy” Grant passed away July 3, 2018 peacefully at home. She was born March 25, 1931, in Mobile, Alabama to Thomas L. Trawick, Jr. and Antoinette Trawick. Joan attended Wesleyan College in Macon, GA., before starting her family and eventually settling in Lakeland. She worked as a Top Producing Real Estate Agent for many years. She was a member of The Junior League of Lakeland, The Garden Club and enjoyed volunteering at the Antique Collectors Club. Fluffy was a fantastic cook and thoroughly enjoyed “The nicest time of the day” in her beloved Anna Maria with her family. She is survived by her husband Peter L Grant, daughter Kimberly Nesmith (Robert Fullington) son, Thomas Keith Richardson, daughter, Ansley Richardson Apple (Michael Apple) stepdaughter Barbara Grant Antonius (Scott Antonius), stepson, Richard Scott Grant (Melissa Grant), nine grandchildren, five great- grandchildren and her brother Lawrence (Larry) Trawick. The family wants to thank all of those who loved and took care of our mom. Memorial donations may be sent to Stephen Ministry, First Presbyterian Church, 175 Lake Hollingsworth Drive, Lakeland, FL 33801. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018 in the chapel at First Presbyterian Church, 175 Lake Hollingsworth Drive, Lakeland, FL 33801 at 2 pm with a reception to follow.
