Jerry Lee Crutcher

Jerry Lee Crutcher, Lakeland " Jerry Lee Crutcher passed away on November 15, 2013 due to heart failure. He was born on June 4, 1944 in Shelby Township, Michigan to Otis and Floy Crutcher. Jerry was a resident of Lakeland since 1983. Jerry is survived by his wife, Marilyn; children, Patti (Stephen) Kerstein, Terilynn Lobdell, William Crutcher, Barbara (Brian) Cadiz, Jennifer Estremos; and 10 grandchildren. A funeral mass will be held on Friday November 22, 2013 at 6:00 PM at the Church of The Resurrection with a reception to follow at the Tribute Center at Heath Funeral Chapel.
