Frances Marie Dalpe, 66 Homemaker Lakeland " Frances Dalpe passed away on October 28, 2013, due to heart failure. She was born April 24, 1947 in Central Falls, R.I. to Al and Delia Bruce. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her. Frances is survived by her long-time companion, Charles Suggs; Son, Ronald Dalpe, Jr.; daughter Christine Dalpe-Nebel; sons, David, Richard and William Dalpe. 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; 3 sisters and 3 brothers. A viewing will be held on November 1, 2013 in the Tribute Center at Heath Funeral Chapel from 6 to 8 PM and a funeral service on Saturday November 2, 2013 at Heath Funeral Chapel at 10 AM.
