Florence R. Marrelli

Florence R. Marrelli, 84 Florence R. Marrelli 84, of Cain Street , East Liverpool , OH passed away at home on Sunday, October 2, 2011 following a brief illness. She was born in Miami , FL on December 14, 1926 and was the daughter of the late Samuel and Rose (Prencipinni) Gentile. Living most of her life in the area, Mrs. Marrelli was a wife, mother and grandmother. She was a graduate of Steubenville Central High School and a member of St. Aloysius Community Parish. She is survived at home by her husband, Virgil R. Marrelli, whom she married June 9, 1948; two sons, Joseph S. Marrelli and his wife Rita of Lakeland, FL and Michael C. Marrelli and his wife, Victoria of East Liverpool, OH; a brother, Dan Gentile and his wife, Rose of Steubenville and a sister, Mamie Bucci of Steubenville; three grandchildren, Adrian Marrelli of Lakeland, FL, Liza Demonett and her husband Bret of Winter Park, FL and Mariel Marrelli of Queens, NY; a great-grandson, Vance Demonett of Winter Park, FL A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Holy Trinity Parish, St. Aloysius Church on Friday, October 7, 2011at 10:00 AM with Father Peter Haladej as celebrant. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery The family will be present to receive friends at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Thursday, October 6, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
