Ernestine "Tina" Marie Tuggle

Ernestine (Tina) Marie Tuggle, Born 1-7-35 in Lakeland, FL Tina took her last breath on 6-23-16 at 6:50 am due to heart failure. She was in the loving presence of her family and Good Sheperd Hospice when she passed. Tina was 81 years young. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elbridge & Marguerite Davis; her daughter, Karen Blaton, son Ricky Blaton; and brother, Ray Johnson. She is survived by two sisters; Betty Turley (Lewis) of Lakeland, FL, and Mary Napier (widow) of Lakeland, FL; four children: daughters, Wanda Thomas (widow) of Lakeland, FL, Pam Webster (Mike) of Delmar, DE, and Melissa Rowell of Fernandina Beach, FL; son, Mickey Blaton of Lakeland, FL; ten grandchildren, Maria Hall (Gary) of Lakeland, FL, Melissa ""Missi"" LaFerrara (Troy) of Lakeland, FL, Crystal Layton (Jonathan) of Delmar, DE, Brenda Stevens (Lenny) of Lakeland, FL, Kara Mizell of Salisbury, MD, Tresa Holli Horner (Chris) of Delmar, DE, Jessica Hughes (Gary) of Knoxville, TN, Loretta Blaton of Knoxville, TN, and Joan Rowell of Lake City, FL. She also had 19 great- grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. Tina was very loving. She loved her family more than life itself. She was of strong faith in Jesus. She loved reading her Bible, praying, and watching her Christian based programs never missing an opportunity to minister. She was giving, always making sure to send you away with something no matter what. She was so thoughtful, always thinking about everyone. Tina was passionate about photography always trying to capture every memory. She adored surprises, whether it was a phone call or someone popping in to see her. It was the simplest things that would make her the happiest. She was truly one of a kind and will be missed beyond any imagination. A viewing will be held from 10 am to 12 pm on Tuesday June 28, 2016, at Heath Funeral Chapel, 328 S. Ingraham Ave. Lakeland, FL, with a graveside service immediately following at Lakeland Memorial Gardens. Donations may be made to Pamela Webster to help with funeral expenses.
