Emma Kate Barton

Emma Kate Barton, 82 Lakeland " Emma Kate Barton, 82, was born on October 29, 1930 and passed away on April 19, 2013 due to heart failure. Emma was in jewelry sales for years and after moving to Lakeland, she sold Avon for many years. She was a very active member at First United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Harvey, her sons, Kelly Lee (Terri Lee), and Stanley Kent, her grandchildren, Emory Kent Barton, Thomas Wilson Barton, Justin Lee Barton, Shannon Kat e Barton, Ryan James Barton, and Sarah Opstad, her brother, William Ellis Wilson (Mildred), and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2013, from 6pm to 8pm at Heath Funeral Chapel in the Tribute Center.
