Elmer Gene Presley Bartow " Elmer ""Gene"" Presley passed away at his home on January 20, 2017. He was born in Louden, Tennessee on August 18, 1945. Mr. Gene died of heart failure. He is survived by his wife, Judy Presley; sister, Jackie Frady, and brother David Frady, both from Louden, Tennessee; son, Scott Presley, of Lakeland, FL; two stepsons, Steven Wells of Bartow, FL, and Darren Wells of Athens, Alabama. He had 7 grandchildren. He was of the Baptist Religion. He worked for WTS of Plant City. Also served his country (Navy). He was a great friend to all who knew him and loved by many.
