Eleanor Dare Guthrie

Lakeland – Eleanor Dare Guthrie passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020. She was born on October 30, 1941 in Beckley, West Virginia to Leo and Hazel Warden. Eleanor was a member of Family Worship Center and loved her church and involved with her prayer group. She enjoyed scrapbooking and loved spending time with her family. Eleanor is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Clay Guthrie. She is survived by her two daughters, Donna Rininger, Julie Webb of Lakeland, Florida, son, Gregory Guthrie of Winter Haven, Florida, two sisters, Norma Cook, Diane Barrett of Princeton, West Virginia, 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at 3 pm at Family Worship Center, 1350 E Main St, Lakeland, FL 33801. Interment will take place at Rolling Hills Cemetery, 810 Tilden Rd, Winter Haven, FL 33881. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to a charity of your choice.
