Edna Mae Ayotte

Edna Mae Ayotte, 79 of Lakeland passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2023. She was born on November 16, 1943, in Kissimmee, FL to the late Oscar Virgil Rice and Lera Mae Rice.

She was preceded in death by her twin brother, Oscar Edward Rice.

Edna was employed for many years in the 1970's by Pipkin Laundry. Also, with Polly Prims Dry Cleaners from which she retired.

Edna enjoyed fishing, nascar racing, bowling, and long rides in the country.

She was a member of Landmark Baptist Church in Haines City Florida.

Edna is survived by her loving husband of 34 years Clay Ayotte, her children, Tommy (Becky), Norma (David), Jessie (Charlene); as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A memorial service celebrating Edna's life will be held at Heath Funeral Chapel on Friday, May 5, 2023, with visitation at 10:00 am and a service at 11:00 am. A graveside service will follow at Oak Hill Burial Park.
