She was born May 19, 1927 to John and Sadie Goette in Lakeland, FL. She lived her entire life in Lakeland. Dottie was preceded in death by her husbands, John Skipper and Scott Reed; brother, Buck Goette; sisters, Rose Fox and Inez Yoho; She is survived by, son, Steve Skipper and his wife Joyce Skipper; sisters, Frances McKenzie and Betty Berry (Bill);boyfriend, Charlie Soffel; Including, too many friends and family members to name individually. A funeral will be held on Tuesday, June 25, Visitation 9:30 " 10 am with service at 10 at Heath Funeral Chapel.
