Dorothy Jean Watson, 83 Lakeland: Dorothy Jean Watson, 83, of Lakeland, died December 6, 2012 from heart failure. She was born on May 24, 1929 in Higbee, Missouri. She was very active with the VFW and also involved with donations for the SPCA. She was preceded in death by her husband Dewey Watson; Survived by her sister Linda Mead and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday December 11, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell Florida.
