DOROTHY ADAMS GREENER LAKELAND: Dorothy A. Greener, 90, passed away Saturday, May 28, 2016. Born January 6, 1926, in Eustis, FL, Mrs. Greener lived in Lakeland for most of her life. She was lively, gracious, spirited, intelligent, and fiercely independent. She was preceded in death by her husband, Army Veteran Donald James Greener. She is survived by her brother, J. Wilton Adams of Mt. Dora, children Michael James Greener (Betsye) of Thomasville, GA, Donna Brisbin (Mark) of Winter Garden, FL, and Anne Todd of Washington, DC; two grandsons and three great-grandsons.
