Doris Lambert Barker

Doris Lambert Barker, 80 Publix Secretary Lakeland- Mrs. Doris Lambert Barker joined her Lord on May 14, 2015. A beloved daughter, mother, sister, grandmother and aunt, she will be very missed. Born June 18, 1934 in Catlettsburg, KY., Doris had been a resident in Lakeland since 1968. She enjoyed working in the dairy office of the early Publix Headquarters. Doris was preceded in death by her husband of fifty years, Harold Barker. She will be missed by her two sons, Rhett and Barry Barker, her daughters-in-law, Karyn and Heike, and her four grandchildren- Christine, Jessica, Autumn and Zack. A memorial service will be held on July 11, 2015 at St. David""s Episcopal Church at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. David""s Episcopal Church, 145 East Edgewood Drive, Lakeland, FL. 33803.
