Doris J Barnett

Doris of Lake Wales passed away on July 21, 2022. She was born on January 7, 1936, in Calhoune County, Florida. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Doris worked for Juice Bowl and retired in 2006. She enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing and gardening. She also loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Barnett, and her children, Martha Redilla and Kenny Tew; and stepdaughter Gail Tipton (Paul). Doris is survived by her children, Mary Fall, Lucy Gaffney (Bill), Donald Tew, Jimmy Tew, Kenny Tew, Lois Bratcher (Mike), Gogocha (Mike); stepdaughter Vicky; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. “The song is ended, but the melody lingers on…”
