He is survived by his wife Nell, brother Ted Fortenberry, sister Darla Kim, mother Margie Wilson, 3 sons, David Cahill II, Chris Cahill and Jason King and 2 daughters Catherine Hanna and Amanda Hughes and several loving family members. A memorial service will be held Thursday, February 26, at 2:00pm at Christina Park 625 County Road 540 A, Lakeland, FL 33813.
