David Stanley Royal, Sr.

David Stanley Royal, Sr. Lakeland - David Stanley Royal, Sr., 83, of Lakeland passed comfortably away at home on Monday, December 31, 2018. David was born in Sorrento, Florida on March 11, 1935, to the late Ettie Miley and Dixie Elliott Royal. David was a Doctor in the Army Medical Corps for five years where he met and married the late June Marie Royal. In 1965, they moved to Lakeland and he opened up his medical practice and later joined as a partner at Watson Clinic. David is a member of First Presbyterian Church, Lakeland. He is survived by his two sons, Stan (Amy) of Lakeland and Dwight (Jennifer) of Lakeland, and his three grandchildren, David Royal III, Eve Royal, and Zachary Royal. A memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 5, 201, at 2:00 pm at First Presbyterian Church, 175 Lake Hollingsworth Drive, Lakeland, FL 33801. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to First Presbyterian Church, Lakeland.
