Cindy was born in Columbia, South Carolina on October 16, 1959. She is preceded in death by her father Henry L. Simmons. She is survived by her husband and best friend Bruce Hallman of Lakeland; mother Phyllis (Cookie) Everly of Centertown, KY; sisters Lori Davis of Centertown, KY, Carol Warner of Winter Haven, FL; Shelley Davis of Winter Have, FL; brother Darryl Simmons of Lakeland; 5 nieces and nephews and 3 grandchildren. A viewing will be held on Thursday May 28, 2015 from 5-7 P.M. at Heath Funeral Chapel. A graveside service will be held on Friday May 29, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at Oak Hill Burial Park.
