Charlotte Schlabach Ruhl Johnson

Charlotte Schlabach Ruhl Johnson Lakeland - Charlotte Schlabach Ruhl Johnson, originally from Hamilton, Ohio, 81, passed away November 5, 2015, while recovering from surgery. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Donald E Ruhl, Sr. She is survived by her second husband Robert L. Johnson; son, Donald E Ruhl, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Tammy; son, Darin P. Ruhl; daughter-in-law Nancy; stepdaughter Yvonne Trump; son-in-law Michael Connolly and sister Joy Creech. She was blessed with four grand children, Jordan, Megan, Natalie and Shelby Ruhl. Four brothers, one sister, and four children preceded her in death: Denise Connolly, and three infant sons, Robert, Lawrence and Douglas Ruhl. Charlotte was a talented musician; She played with the family dance band The Schlabach Rhythm Orchestra. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother and a kindhearted friend. She was a long time member of the TOPPS Lakeland Club. Arrangements: Visitation will be Thursday from 5pm-7pm at Heath Funeral Chapel, located on S. Ingraham Ave. A funeral service will be held at Resurrection Catholic Church, Friday at 10:30 am. Following the burial service Charlotte will be taken to Oak Hill Burial Park.
