Charles W. Stum, PhD.,87 College Administrator Lakeland-Dr. Charles W. Stum, died March 1, 2013 due to complications of Alzhemiers, at the age of 87. Born on August 2, 1925 in Landisburg, PA. He attended Lakeside Baptist Church and a member of Kiwanis Club of Winter Haven. He was the Director of the Winter Haven Boys Club and served in the Army Air Corps during World War II and the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his wife Virginia Smith Stum, Lakeland, Fl., sons, Charles W. Stum, Jr. and Russell Stum, Winter Haven, FL.
