Charles Norman Yeager

Charles Norman Yeager, 75 Lakeland " Charles Norman Yeager, 75, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2016, while under hospice care. He was born on October 21, 1940, in Sylvania, Ohio, to Norman and Florence Yeager. Charles was a veteran in the United States Navy for 8 years. Enjoyed fishing and telling bad jokes. He moved to Lakeland in 1996 and was married to Barbara (Sharon) Dias Yeager for 12, years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Yeager (Coe), brother Jerry and sister Margaret. Charles was survived by five sons; Tracy (Brenda), Scott (Joyce), Steven (Lisa), Brian (Edna) and Ernest Dias JR. (Pam) and daughter Marla Rhoden (Bruce), also survived by two brothers, Duane, John and one sister Mary Sydow, 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren. Viewing will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2016 from 5-7 pm at Heath Funeral Chapel 328 South Ingraham Avenue, Lakeland, FL 33801. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
