Barbara McNeill Yow, 91 Lakeland " Barbara McNeill Yow, 91, passed away Monday, April 30, 2012 after a brief illness. She was the daughter of Rachel and Walter McNeill. She was a member of the Lakeland Jr. League and the First Presbyterian Church. Barbara is preceded in death by her sister, Rachel Rand, and three husbands. She is survived by her brother, Lawrence McNeill, son, Randall Blessing, step children, Tillie and Buddy Yow, niece, Anne Oliff, nephews, Lance and Mark McNeill, and Stanley, Michael, and Walter Rand.
