April Dawn Moore, 41 No one could have brought as much joy into our lives as April Dawn Moore who passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2015. April was born on October 12, 1973, in Winter Haven, Florida. April""s caring, positive spirit led her to reach out to others in need and was held steadfast her entire life by her faith in Jesus Christ, who sustained her through every trial. April""s joy and laughter could not be contained. One of her greatest joys is her six-year-old son Marshall; and, she also loved to share her beautiful voice in her music ministry at various churches. April was preceded in death by her father Thomas Wayne McLeod. April will be forever cherished by her family: husband Dr. Scott Moore, young son Marshall Moore; mother Mary McLeod of winter Haven; brother Tim McLeod; maternal grandmother Cummie Moman of Alabama, and mother-in-law and father-in-law Regina and James Moore. A visitation will be held at 3:00 P.M. Thursday June 18, 2015, followed by services at 4:00 P.M. at Heath Funeral Chapel, 328 S. Ingraham Ave. Lakeland, Florida. The burial will be held privately.
