Andrew Carlton Howard, 40 Student at Polk State CollegeLakeland " Andrew Carlton Howard, 40, was born May 21, 1971 and passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2011 due to heart failure caused by sleep apnea. Leaving behind his adored wife of 11 years, Elizabeth Love Pope Howard, and his sons Carlton Andrew Howard, age 8, and Ashton Knox Howard, age 7. Andrew is survived by his mother, Katherine L. Howard, father, Daniel Carlton Howard and companion Arlene Colella, mother-in-law, Mary Love Pope, father-in-law, Jerry Lee pope (Judy), brother, Daniel Patrick Howard (Penny), and sister, Lori Katherine Howard Pendyck (Ray), 10 nieces and nephews, and a large support group of friends. He will be sorely missed for his love, compassion, and easy way with people. His favorite times were spent with Elizabeth, Carlton, and Ashton. He enjoyed coaching baseball with his sons, family outings, and discovering new places while boating, camping, and fishing. He was currently attending Polk State College studying physical therapy.
