Lakeland " Betty Ann Heath, 69, passed away on July 9, 2016. She was born on October 2, 1946, in Woonsocket, R.I. She worked for Polk County for 19 years as a service representative for the Elderly Services. Survived by daughter, Alicia Simmons and husband; and son, Charles Heath and wife, Jaime, and 9 grandchildren.
